Please note that such inaccuracies may relate to product description, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors or omissions and to update or change any information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). But we obviously charge you the price was suggested at the moment you have concluded your transaction.

To conclude your transition you have to register. This operation is quick and easy, you just have to fill with your information the required fields. To register yourself you have to click on LOGIN in the homepage and put your username and your password in the section “my account”.

  • pay a lot of attention when you write down your information in order to do not have future problems for delivery and transport.
  • If you prefer to receive your products in a different address from the one you declared at the moment of your registration, you will have to fill again the address for the delivery.

Payment Methods

Cash on delivery If you decide to pay with the option “cash on delivery” you will pay by cash when you receive your order from the courier.
Paypal Lobster Apparel offers you the option of pay using Paypal. This methods allows you to register in its website and pay with that account. You can use it also if you have a postepay. Markershop is Paypal Verified. If you have paid by debit or credit card, your card will only be charged once your order has been dispatched. SDA is taking care of our distribution. Usually it takes from 24 till 48 hours. It does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or other Holidays. You can track your order at any moments just following the site link to the courier website: www.sda.it In this way you can check the progress of your order just using the tracking number you received in your order confirmation email.
As far as Italy is concerned the cost is 7 euro, plus 4 euro if you decide to pay by cash on delivery.
For Europe is different for each country.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from when you receive it from the courier to decide if you prefer to change or to return your order to us for a refund. First you have to contact us by email for the authorization. We will not accept returns without our permit, moreover items returned must be in resalable condition and unworn.
In order to ask to Markershop the return or exchange of your items just follow this steps:

  1. Send an email to service@taglife.net with “returns” and the number of your order as object (you can find this number in the confirmation email you received at the moment of your purchase or in the website doing you log in). For Exemple: “returns #1234″ as email’s object;
  2. Explain in the email why you want to change it;
  3. If you want to change with something else please write us the details about size, quantity, the exact name of products and code;
  4. The new items will be send after we receive the previous return products;

Delivery Charges are non-refundable and are always to be paid by customer except when we make a mistake in the delivery. The Change will be accepted only if it can be tracked.
